Fulfillment Policies

No-Refund Policy for medications or treatment:


Willow Moon Wellness is a med spa and concierge wellness center offering medications for

weight loss and coaching in a holistic mindset for weight loss. Willow Moon Wellness offers

beauty services such as Botox, Dysport, and derma fillers. Due to the nature of prescribing

medications, administering botulinum toxin A, and administering derma filler Willow Moon has a

no-refund policy.


1. ALL SALES FINAL: 

All sales are final for any medications prescribed or administered


2. CURRENCY: 

Domestic only, no foreign currency accepted. Visa, Master Card, American

Express, FSA, HSA, PayPal, and Klarna accepted (when qualified purchase)


3. DESCRIPTION AND REPRESENTATION: 

We make every effort to provide accurate and

detailed descriptions of our services on our website. We do not warrant or guarantee that our

wellness services will meet your specific needs or expectations. Willow Moon Wellness will

answer any questions and assist customer in understanding the treatment with the expertise of

the Family Nurse Practitioner’s knowledge and evidence based studies. It is the Customer’s

responsibility to review the information and make an informed decision before making a

purchase.

The Customer acknowledges that the use product is at their own Risk with signed consent.


4. CUSTOMER DATA PRIVACY: 

Customer data collected during transactions is for use only

for Willow Moon Wellness and the use of pharmacies to prescribe appropriate medications.

Willow Moon Wellness will not sell or use customer data in any way unless consented by the client.


5. SHIPPING: 

is completed direct from pharmacy to the address provided in your client forms.

Strive Pharmacy will use text to communicate when product is being processed and again when

the product is shipped. FedEx will deliver the medications overnight to your door. Please

follow instructions of the product upon delivery.


6. WEBSITE SECURITY: We are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of your personal information. Our website uses industry-standard encryption technologies, to protect the information you provide during online interactions, including appointment bookings, consultations, and payments. Every client is offered a complimentary consultation with one of our

expert practitioners. A fee may be required to book with select practitioners. Our consultations

include: an in-depth education about your skin; a comprehensive discussion about all options

available to you along with the benefits and risks associated with each; and a clear

recommendation of action. We believe an informed patient with realistic expectations will be

most satisfied with our treatments and results.


8. CANCELLATION POLICY: 

As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients

and require notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients must provide a

24-hour notice for appointments less than 2 hours to cancel or reschedule.
